Weight loss medications can help to decrease appetite, they can bind with the fats you take in and help you to eliminate them in your stool but the facts are that most average people will not loose any weight if they do not change their lifestyles.

There is no magic pill. It takes will power. It takes changing your eating habits. It takes eating more nutritious calories and less empty or high sugar calories. And it takes getting up and moving to burn more calories than you consume. Those are the facts about weight loss.

It doesn’t matter which diet you choose, you must eat less and move more. The responsible way to loose weight is to discuss this with your health care provider and research the types of foods and exercise that fit into your lifestyle. Commercial programs like Jenny Craig and Weight Watchers among others are successful because they teach you how to change your lifestyle and your eating habits and they do not rely on a magic pill or an easy solution.

Beware of any program or advertisement that offers you a magic pill, drink, or liquid that takes off the fat without any change on your part. At the risk of putting myself out on a limb let me say the reality of weight loss is that it is not magic. Just saying.
