Family meals important even for teenagers
|
Teenagers who eat regular meals with their family are less likely to have eating disorders, and in general to eat healthier and be at a healthy weight.
When I was a teenager, there really no choice but to eat with my family. I guess things are different now, but making sure some meals are eaten together is probably more important and healthy than being in so many activities that teenagers don’t have time to spend with their families.
